Because our products are digital assets (Framer Remix links and WebGL code) that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a link has been accessed or a purchase is completed.

Exceptions for Technical Failure
We will only authorize refund under the following strict circumstance:
The Framer Remix link or code component is permanently broken or materially defective.
You have reported the issue to framer@creativeapes.design.
Our engineering team is unable to provide a working link or resolve the structural defect within 72 business hours of your report.
